Individual chalet, with its own access, parking, garage and energy connections, located at 570 m on the hillside of the village, in a very quiet residential area. It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Built on 3 levels, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, the entrance gives access to - 1 garage, - 1 fitness room and - the ground floor which is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen leading to a living room / dining room, fireplace, television with 100 channels, 1 bathroom, toilet, laundry room, and a double bedroom. Upstairs a WC, a second double bedroom and a mezzanine with 2 beds. Fiber optic + internet box. Its south-facing balcony offers a panoramic view of the valley, its private west-facing terrace, in a wooded environment, with garden furniture conducive to rest or outdoor games for children. Proximity to small shops and to the village train station. Large supermarket less than 10km away. Numerous leisure activities in the vicinity; walking paths, swimming pool, ski slopes, water level, ideal location for tourist/cultural visits further away in Thann, Mulhouse, Basel Organization Minimum stay of 1 week (7 nights) in high season and school vacations, arrival on Saturday between 16:00 and 18:00 hours and departure on Saturday before 10:00 hours. Possibility to rent in Weekend (3 nights) or MiddleWeek (4 nights) in low and middle season Animals not accepted. Non-smoking rental Additional services We propose in option the possibility of renting bed linen and/or towels, the access to the fitness room as well as the use of the garage.
